Not a bybrid, which is always on my mind with Golden & Blue-winged Warblers, but it was neat catching this guy with his wings open a little. This species is very shy, even for a warbler, and usually prefers to hang out in thick brush-like habitat within or very near forests with a decent canopy. But during migration, it seems that all the warblers break their own rules lol. Clicked in Madison, AL. on 9/20/20 w/Nikon d500, Nikon 500f4e lens, 1.4xiii converter, f/5.6, 1/800s, ISO 320, handheld.
